Fruit, Vegetables and Botanical-oriented

Ingredients of Manda Koso are consisted of fruit, vegetables and botanical-oriented materials such as brown sugar, honey and so on.
Today, it is found that some parts of fruit such as peel, rind and seeds have superior antioxidant action. Before the fact is well-known, we have been used ingredients entirely to manufacture Manda Koso.
Though it is said that it is hard to ferment plural ingredients by spontaneous fermentation, our fermentation technology has realized fermenting such plural ingredients stably with spontaneous fermentation.
