Thus, ensuring a high level of quality control when manufacturing them is our prime concern.
Just because fermented foods are considered safe, that is no excuse for us to be lax on quality and reliability.
We make every effort in assuring both for our valued customers.

Each and every fermentation cask is rigorously checked

A recent rise in the popularity of health foods has seen a sharp increase in inquiries at the National Consumer Affairs Center about them.
In response to this growing concern, we'd like to take this opportunity to proclaim our undying commitment to maintaining a high level of quality and safety in our products so that you may have peace of mind when taking them.
Here at our factory, a rigorous system of checks is implemented throughout our manufacturing process and each fermentation cask is inspected for quality before the product is packaged.
Based on guidelines set by the Japanese Food Hygiene Association, our quality control staff conducts three different tests on our products: a bacteriological test to ensure proper hygiene, a physical and chemical test to see if their properties fall within standards, and a sensory test to assure uniformity in taste.
We also open our doors to independent inspectors and invest much time and effort into assuring that our product is enjoyed by our valued customers without so much as a hint of doubt.
